We want to make sure you never miss out on the latest new arrivals, must-have piece or that hard-to-find-size! So we've now introduced even more ways to shop. Anywhere, anytime, shop Portmans your way:

Have to have it? Don't miss out on the size, colour or style you want. If you can't find what you need, our sales team can order it for you and it will be delivered to your door with FREE standard delivery.

+Free standard delivery on full price and promotional items. A standard delivery charge of $9.95 applies on clearance items.

CLICK & COLLECT

Don't miss out on that must-have piece. Click to it! Now you can shop online, and collect in store. Simply place your item online, choose the Portmans store most convenient for you and we'll get it there, fast! We'll send you an email as soon as it's ready to collect, within 1-2 business days. Click & Collect delivery is $9.95.

How do I search for a product?

Browse through the different categories by using the top menu navigation. Alternatively, if you know exactly what you are looking for, enter it into the search field above the navigation menu.

How do I add a product to my shopping bag?

Click on the product you like, select a colour and add the quantity (number of items) you would like. Click Add to Bag.

How do I submit an order?

  • After you have added your favourite items to your shopping bag, proceed by clicking VIEW BAG or CHECKOUT
  • Review your items - ensure that you have selected the correct size, colour and quantity.
  • Enter in a promotion code if you have one.
  • If you live in Australia - select your preferred shipping method.
  • If you live outside of Australia - select your country of delivery.
  • Click the CHECKOUT button.
  • On the Shopping Bag Login Page, either enter in your existing log in details, sign up as a guest or a sign up as a full member to continue.
  • Enter in your BILLING ADDRESS, email address and phone number.
  • Click CONTINUE TO DELIVERY OPTIONS
  • The address will default to the THE BILLING ADDRESS field. You can choose to keep it as is or select a different delivery address.
  • Confirm your DELIVERY METHOD. For more information on delivery, click here.
  • If your order is a gift – select the YES tick box. A drop down box will appear where you can input a personal message.
  • Click CONTINUE TO SECURE PAYMENT
  • Choose your payment method using the tabs – CREDIT CARD/PAYPAL/GIFTCARD
  • For credit card payments – enter in your details, review your order and click PLACE ORDER
  • For paypal payments – you will be directed to the PayPal website. The order will be place when you select PAY NOW on the PayPal website.
  • For gift card payments – enter in your gift card details. Note: you can split gift card payments with either a Credit Card or PayPal, please ensure the gift card details are entered in first for a split payment. Click PLACE ORDER.

NOTE: Once you order is placed you should receive a confirmation email. Should you not receive this email within 2-3 hours, please contact our customer service team on 1800 652 187

WHAT HAPPENS AFTER I PLACE MY ORDER?

We will keep you up to date on the progress of your order; we know you are desperate to start wearing your Portmans pieces. First, you will be sent a confirmation email which includes details of your order. Then, once we despatch your order we will send you a shipping confirmation email that contains your tracking number, you can keep a look out for your Portmans pieces by tracking your parcel on the Australia Post website.

CAN I CHANGE MY ORDER AFTER I CLICK SUBMIT?

Sorry no changes once you click submit. If you are unhappy with your purchase once you receive it send it back to us for an exchange or refund or take it into your nearest Portmans store (excluding factory outlets).

CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER AFTER I CLICK SUBMIT?

Yes, only if your order has not been shipped.

HOW DO I ENTER A PROMO CODE?

All valid promotional codes need to be keyed into the "Promotion Code" field within the shopping bag.

CAN I SEND MY ORDER AS A GIFT?

You can send a gift to someone using the same method you would use to place an order for yourself. When you enter the ‘checkout' all you need to do is replace your default address details with the recipient's information. The goods will be delivered to the specified address without affecting your default details for future orders.

You must indicate that the order is a gift by clicking the box provided. We will send the receipt with the goods to the lucky person without the prices shown. If you like, you can add a message to go with your gift (max 250 characters) and it will be printed on the receipt contained in the parcel.

We do require a contact name; phone number and address of the gift recipient, in case there are problems during delivery. Only under extreme circumstances would we contact the recipient, as we know in most cases the parcel is a surprise present.

I HAVE NEVER PLACED AN ORDER ONLINE BEFORE IS IT SAFE?

Of course it is! Portmans online store uses this fancy VERISIGN security encryption method to ensure that your purchases are 100% secure. For more information on their technology please visit www.verisign.com

DO I HAVE TO BECOME A MEMBER TO PLACE AN ORDER?

If you are new to Portmans and don't wish to register, you can still place an order as a guest shopper. By shopping as a guest you are not remembered as a member, you will miss out on future promotions, competitions and offers.

I FORGOT MY PASSWORD, WHAT DO I DO NOW?

If you don't know or have forgotten your password, head to the login link at the top of the page and click "Forgot Password". Enter your email address and we will send you another. Remember to copy and paste the temporary password, as it is case sensitive!

WHAT ABOUT STOCK AVAILABILITY?

New styles are placed onto the site every week! Our aim is to bring you all the latest Portmans styles available to purchase through our online store. You have to be fast because if the item you are looking for is out of stock we cannot guarantee that we will get more delivered. We give you the option of ordering stock through phone or email if your size or colour is sold out. Simply call our customer service line or email us and ask.

DO YOU TAKE BULK ORDERS FOR WORK UNIFORMS AND BRIDAL PARTIES?

Style up your work uniform with Portmans. If you see a particular product online that you think would be ideal for your workplace uniform and you would like to order a bulk quantity for your team, simply call our Customer Service representatives on 1800 802 625 and they will be able to assist you in placing a bulk order. Please have the name and line number of the item(s) and size breakdown when you call, so that we can get your order processing straight away.

LOOKING FOR BRIDESMAIDS DRESSES? LOOK NO FURTHER THAN PORTMANS

Throughout each season we offer a range of pretty, polished dresses within our collection which make for beautiful bridesmaids dresses. If a particular style has caught your eye and you would like to place an order for the bridal party; simply call our Customer Service team on 1800 802 625 and they will be able to assist you in placing an order.
